Timothy Senecal

I am a native Bozemanite and 5th generation Montanan but spent half of my life in Texas before returning to Bozeman in 2014. I have a degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M’s Mays School of Business with a focus on small business and entrepreneurship. I started a real estate/construction business in 2014 with my father where my focus is on evaluating investment opportunities. Our business began selling homes in 2018 so I made the decision to get my Real Estate Salesperson license to be able to engage with the homebuyers and other salespeople to better understand the needs of the area. With my business experience I am able to help evaluate investment opportunities for residential or commercial buyers. With my experience running a construction company I am able to give insights to homebuyers on quality of construction, floor plans, and lot issues. I enjoy meeting new people and seeing their goals become reality.

In my off hours I spend time with my wife and two kids as we hike the trails around Bozeman, explore the community parks, and take part in the local festivals and parades.
