Tim Ford has been a REALTOR in the Bozeman area since 2007. He takes pride in helping his clients through many types of Real Estate transactions including: 1031 Exchanges, Income Properties, First Time Home Buyers, Out-of-State Relocations to Bozeman, Downsizing, Commercial Real Estate, and Land and Development.

Tim truly enjoys helping people through the process of buying and selling Real Estate.

Growing up in Minnesota gave Tim a hard work ethic and a love for the outdoors. Although he’s been skiing Bridger & Big Sky since the mid-90’s, Tim has called Bozeman home since 2006.

Tim also invests in Real Estate himself, this gives him valuable insights that he uses to assist his clients. Each year, over 75% of Tim’s business comes from referrals or repeat clients. His goal is to treat every client so they will want to refer him to their friends and neighbors.

Tim enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah Angst, who is a local artist in Bozeman. He also adores their son Hayden, daughter Mikaela and their lab/terrier mix, Bagley. His passions include, snowboarding, cross country skiing, hiking, biking, hunting, and enjoying the beautiful playgrounds throughout Montana.
