We were in a situation where we needed to be able to make a quick decision and the process went smoothly because of her assistance.

I moved 6 hours from my old home, Andrea was great helping me find a new home. She’d go to homes and make a video tour for me. She got all the things I was concerned about giving me the ability to make decisions. I came to town with 9 homes I wanted to look at. She was such a great sport as I drug her an hour in every direction of Bozeman. She was incredibly organized and the day went well, other than not finding the right house. After we parted for the day, I found another home I wanted to see. I asked her if she could get me in before I left the next day at noon. She did. That is the house I bought. Andrea did all the paperwork and emailed everything to me for signatures allowing me to do things remotely. She was wonderful at helping me find lenders, well inspectors, home inspectors, etc. I came up one time between the first time I saw the house and moving day. There were issues the inspections found and she successfully negotiated things for me. She FaceTimed me for the final walk thru and on moving day, she met my convoy as we passed through Three Forks to give me the keys.

She was great to work with, was resourceful in finding answers to my questions if she didn’t know and was very willing to do everything she could to get me through the process successfully. She is officially my first Montana friend and I absolutely recommend to anyone looking to buy a house. Very professional and friendly. She even followed up with me a couple times after to see if my animals and I were getting settled ok.

Andrea made everything so easy and was always available when I had questions! As a first time home buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you Andrea!

Andrea is amazing. We were looking at land from out of state and Andrea sent us tons of information and had an answer for every one of our questions. She is amazing at her job, and just an overall wonderful person to speak with.
