Marc and Kaila just helped my wife and I purchase our first home. They were excellent to work with. We were “out of town” buyers, so their local market knowledge was instrumental in helping us understand the new area and the local market conditions. We had a very tricking contract situation and an extremely short closing timeline and could not have done it with out Marc’s ability to negotiate an appropriate closing structure and terms.
