Median sale prices have increased 0.8% to $640,000 since October 2021. Gallatin Valley had a 15.9% new listing count decrease from October 2021 to October 2022. The number of sales closed during the month decreased by 39.0% between October 2021 and October 2022. Overall, these properties spent an average of 12 days more on the market in this time frame.

Gallatin Valley Residential Single Family Homes Under 1 Acre

Median sale prices have increased 11.5% to $725,000 since October 2021. Gallatin Valley had a 6.7% new listing count decrease from October 2021 to October 2022. The number of sales closed during the month decreased by 35.8% between October 2021 and October 2022. Overall, these residential properties spent an average of 20 days more on the market in this time frame.

Gallatin Valley Residential Single Family Homes Over 1 Acre

Median sale prices have decreased 22.5% to $1,280,000 since October 2021. Gallatin Valley maintained the  new listing count from October 2021 to October 2022 at 28 properties. The number of sales closed during the month decreased by 37.2% between October 2021 and October 2022. Overall, these residential properties spent an average of 16 days more on the market in this time frame.

Median sale prices have decreased 4.8% to $495,000 since October 2021. Gallatin Valley had a 32.4% new listing count decrease from October 2021 to October 2022. The number of sales closed during the month decreased by 44.4% between October 2021 and October 2022. Overall, these residential properties spent an average of 12 days more on the market in this time frame.

Median sale prices have increased 13.2% to $300,000 since October 2021. Gallatin Valley had a 76.0% new listing count decrease from October 2021 to October 2022.
