Andrea Birdsong

Andrea Birdsong's path to real estate has been anything but conventional, and that's exactly what makes her exceptional.

Raised in Missoula, Montana, Andrea's introduction to the industry began in high school as an office manager for Prudential Montana Properties. After graduation, she joined AmeriCorps (NCCC), where she discovered a passion for service. She went on to serve in leadership roles, as Volunteer Coordinator and Site Supervisor with Emergency Communities, a nonprofit dedicated to disaster relief and community recovery. For her commitment to serving others, Andrea was honored with the Gold level, President's Volunteer Service Award, the program's highest annual distinction.

Her path then led back to the classroom: Andrea attended the University of Montana, where she studied psychology and pre-nursing. While raising her family, she built a well-rounded professional background that includes nonprofit leadership as Executive Director of United Way of Hill County, along with experience in education, insurance, bookkeeping, transaction management, office coordination, and property management. Each role added a distinct layer to her professional toolkit, strengthening her ability to manage details, solve problems proactively, and guide clients through complex decisions with confidence. Balancing family and career ambitions further reinforced the importance of preparation, adaptability, and thoughtful planning.

Today, Andrea has come full circle, returning to the real estate industry where her career first began. Known for her resourcefulness and thorough preparation, she approaches every transaction with honest communication, thoughtful advocacy, and exceptional attention to detail. She believes real estate is about more than buying and selling property—it's about helping people navigate major life decisions with clarity and confidence. Andrea is committed to delivering an elevated real estate experience tailored to each client's unique goals, empowering them to make informed decisions every step of the way.
