Ryan Resop was a breath of fresh air after dealing with other agents both within and outside Montana. He was acutely aware of the market when pricing our home. He did not simply walk through and tell us what we wanted to hear. He explained in detail what needed to be done in order to sell. As we  were living out of the area while the home was on the market Ryan volunteered for pivotal meetings with inspectors and service providers. In addition he oversaw our landscaping during times we were not in residence. Thus our curb appeal was maintained constantly. We hope this young man is the exemplar for his generation of realtors.
